New-fashioned and silent room, marvellous breakfast.

I was offered a room with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The pool was nice and I had complementary drinks in the in-house bar.

The staff was poorly trained.

This accommodation had a hillside setting nog right on the slopes. The room was beautifully decorated and well-appointed with comfortable beds, the breakfast was plentiful. Appreciated our stay and location of the hotel, and will come back.

Top and nice location in a lively area right by snow clad mountains as well as the river. About 15 minutes walk from Mauritius-Kirche Saanen Church.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, but everything was really good. The in-house restaurant was excellent with variety of meals in the menu.

Marvellous and plentiful breakfast with plenty of reasonably priced foods. Extra care from the super-friendly staff. Stunning location in the nature, heated pool. And near Alpina, Berner Oberland, and the center of the bathroom: D

The perfect and absolutely incredible location for the price, not far from the train station, and the village centre. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed rooms, very comfy bed. The staff were attentive, the breakfast was marvellous...

The venue was fairly clean and big. The location was beautiful and absolutely incredible - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The staffs were reasonably good and the service was good.

Booked a room with magnificent views of the mountain. Location: the hotel was not far from the center of Gstaad and a hill top which gave all the rooms a breath taking view and snow clad mountains: )

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. The attention to detail, from the special slippers and toys for the kids to the free adventure activities, was outstanding. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the mountains.

No complaints, everything was perfect.

This is a hotel for families with children. We really enjoyed ourselves there with our kids. The spa area is very nice and even has a sauna for kids. The stuff is quite helpful and friendly. We spent a very relaxing Easter break there.

The service at the hotel restaurant was quite slow, especially during dinner time. I think they need to hire more people there. It happened to us quite a few times that we needed to wait too long for our dish,or something else we ordered. Once they even forgot to bring us one of the starters. The hotel restaurant is also way too expensive if you do not have all inclusive or half board arrangement.
